Frisbee

I also like to play Ultimate Frisbee (http://www.cs.rochester.edu/u/ferguson/ultimate/ultimate-simple.html). I've played for years with some folks from Synopsis and Sun, if you'd like to join in, check out the Encinal Ultimate Page (http://vangregory.com/ultimate/ultimate.cgi). The games are at lunchtime on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. I haven't been playing lately because I injured by ankle (a sprain), but when I am playing it certainly helps me stay in shape.
